Despite the seriously redacted/misguided/interpreted reports by the Main Stream Media and Democrats, Inspector General Horowitz's report is devastating. You need to read it for yourself, particularly after a deep dive into the report. Bottom line, and this is really deeply buried in the report, Democrats are living in an alternative universe. They simply cannot accept the fact that they lost the 2016 election and have been losing ever since. The Democrats are the Deep State. The American people mean nothing to them – they are the only ones capable of running the United States because the rest of us are just too stupid.
