A federal judge in Kentucky has ordered that Sandmann's lawsuit against the the Washington Post may move forward. Good for him! Sandmann was very probably slandered by the Post and deserves to have his name exonerated and the Post penalized. Sandmann's legal team is also pursuing lawsuits against CNN and NBCUniversal.
Sandmann's "crime" that brought national attention from the leftist media? He was caught wearing a MAGA hat during a pro-life rally in Washington and supposedly confronting Nathan Phillips, a Native American protestor. Unfortunately for the left, the entire episode was caught on tape, tape that totally blew up their breathless, hysterical reporting of the event.
