Who Should Be Jailed?

For some reason, the American political system seems to give a pass to corruption and out-right criminal activity by high-ranking governmental folks. Just why are these people exempt? Do we have a 2-tier legal system?
Apparently we do! Senators and Representatives (also, former presidents) get a free pass on everything and anything, no matter how outrageous.
Are Senators and Representatives required to have health care under Obama Care? Nope! They have awesome health care plans paid for by all us lowly peons.
Now, how about the Clintons… bribery, extortion, pay for play, and outright sale of favors to the highest “donor” to the Clinton Foundation. Any prosecution? Of course not! The Clintons are sacred, above the law, and totally immune for anything they do for some reason.
Hillary continues to promote women’s rights while still defending Bill and any other Democrat that abuses women, not to mention the millions of dollars from Muslim countries, where women, gays, and many other minorities are severely prosecuted.
